Beaches Residence

Several existing but disjointed areas in this small urban backyard are knitted together to create a coherent space. Existing materials and details were referenced to seamlessly integrate the new with the old. Wheelchair accessibility was a priority, with gentle slopes and continuous hard paved surfaces linking all areas of the site
